早餐味道不錯，服務也很熱情，但最關鍵的一環出了大問題！上了六年班，出差跑遍全湖北，這次算是給我上了一課，還好不習慣裸睡穿了秋衣秋褲！以後多晚去酒店都得先檢查床單！不知道貴公司主管看完床單覺得惡不噁心....我在上面躺了一晚上，吃完早餐還補了個覺，兩邊全都有....服了！希望貴公司引以為戒，抓住重點問題整改。服務和早餐都沒住宿衞生重要啊！

很好很好很好，服務也很棒，電視可以投屏，就是空調冷氣再反應快一點就好了，可能是因為天氣冷了，使用暖氣的更多。

一家人出行有老有小，長者受傷行動不便，需要使用擔架，酒店服務非常細緻貼心，重點表揚前台美女和保安大叔，前台美女從進門一刻起就開始極為優質的服務，當得知有長者行動不便時，沒有怕麻煩，第一時間想辦法解決問題，聯繫保安大哥幫忙抬擔架上樓，安頓好長者後，詢問我們第二天離店時間，為長者離店做準備，真的非常貼心，保安大哥正常早上7點下班，為了幫助我們運送長者上車，延遲到8點多才下班，沒有一句怨言，並且拒絕接受紅包，這種精神真的難能可貴，雖然衹是城市快捷酒店，但是該店客房乾淨整潔，設施齊全，尤其從業人員素質真的遠超很多五星級酒店，真心感謝前台美女和保安大哥，好人一生平安！㊗️貴店生意興隆，財源滾滾！

這次選擇酒店非常滿意物美價廉。晚上非常安靜，吃飯的地方非常多，早起還能去河邊鍛鍊。值得一提的是早餐非常豐富。縣城有這樣各方面都滿意的地方不多
