I really can’t understand how someone with such a configuration has the nerve to sell such a price; what’s even worse is that I sent a message to customer service to ask for children’s supplies, and about an hour later a toothbrush was delivered! The only supplies for children at this family-oriented vacation homestay are toothbrushes! ! ! 3. The main event is here! ! ! Two days before check-in, [B&B Customer Service] added me vx. I thought that all walks of life are very popular nowadays. Your hotel, like other hotels I have stayed at, needs to communicate with me in advance about my stay preferences and prepare welcome benefits and so on. The result was that they sent me a menu and asked me if I could place an order... I won’t go into too much detail on the ordering process and the menu. Please look at the pictures for yourself. After checking in, I asked the restaurant what time customers would arrive at 16:55, and informed the customer service that our plan was to dine at 17:30. As a result, the customer service asked me to go back at 18:00. I agreed and arrived at the restaurant on time at 18:00. The best part came when the restaurant waiter took us into a private room with a full table of dishes and no customers, and then said there was a mistake and asked us to go next door! ! ! Just like this, our family, old and young, were hungry on this side of the wall, and on the other side of the wall, a table of dishes was waiting for the hotel's "most distinguished guests". 4. The breakfast is even more outrageous, what you see is everything! All the meals are the ones in the picture, and there are two pots of the same fried instant noodles hahahahahaha! Finally, if you don’t have a strong heart to accept spending money and still being discriminated against and treated differently, I suggest you go to Chunquan Village next door for a hot spring bath! If you want to experience valley escape, go next door to Zizai Pingjiang. The check-in experience comes from an ordinary guest who spent 100W+ on Ctrip. 影途山居讓湖北的民宿直接next level了 今年清明臨時決定一家三口武漢周邊出遊，在各種媒體軟件上搜到了這家民宿，於是説走就走。剛下訂成功就收到酒店管家電話，服務從還沒出發就開始了。 酒店的客房面積和設計感都挺到位的了，就是我自己忘記了晚上再要一床被子，睡覺的時候容易搶被子… 美中不足：1、客房隔音太差，走廊上但凡有一點大的動靜都能被吵醒，比如關門聲、説話聲。 2、民宿缺少小童遊樂設施

一級棒👍SLH入榜酒店依舊穩定發揮！環境服務都沒得説，香道 茶道 頌缽療愈 各種活動也很豐富。老闆也非常有慈善心和獨到品位～本次的管家是園園，也非常貼心，熱情周到，我這行程一天三變，依舊耐心細緻。酒店如果餐食種類能更多些就更好啦～
