Well appointed hotel with nice touches - quality biscuits with tea/coffee making facilities, mint chocolate on bed and tissues in bathroom. Adjusted down pillows / duvet to artificial fibre to suit allergy. Great breakfast including warmed Danish pastries. Only downside is frequent live entertainment which might disturb early-to-bedders. Sam accommodated all needs including early storage of luggage and seemed to have infinite humour and patience - a credit to the hotel.

Stayed for two nights when attending an event with friends. All the staff were welcoming and attentive. Special mention though for Samuel. The rooms are over a busy bar but I slept comfortably. My room was spacious , very clean and well equipped. A great breakfast with a wide choice. The hotel is well located in Chichester and has the bonus of free parking at the rear.

Great location close to the Cathedral. Spacious, clean rooms. Nice breakfast, but could be served earlier. Really friendly staff. Plus for the available parking in that location. If you are bothered by the music (we were not), consider other location

Great Location for the City of Chichester but décor and carpets a little tired inside and limited parking. Booking in was easy and our room was a good size, we were surprised that the only heating was a small electric fire, however, after an hour the room was nice and warm. the bed was comfortable and the linen clean. Bathroom was OK but alarmed to see the towel rail was damaged and NOT earthed (despite the warning label), show was a bit temperamental but OK once mastered. Overall a good visit, however, parking is very limited. PS Ear Plugs are provided for the nights they have loud music - check before booking

We booked the vestry as was nearby edes house where we were due to get married. We booked for ourselves and our guests. Booking in was a bit slow due to outdated computer (really needs upgrading). Staff were excellent and couldn't do enough for us. Rooms were exceptional, we had a jacuzzi bath in our room. They had booked all of us on same floor and in a row so all of us were together. They left a card and chocolates in our room as a wedding gift which was a very nice touch. Breakfast was lovely and they accommodated all of us having breakfast together the next morning. After the wedding we spent an evening dancing away in the VIP area which was assigned to us free of charge. Great night. Would we stay here again....yes definitely and will be recommending hotel to family and friends without a doubt. Thank you to all staff who made our special day special Mr and Mrs Gibbs

I have stayed here a few times and the location is perfect. Rooms are very spacious and clean. Parking is good. Staff are very accommodating and the bar downstairs is a bonus. The breakfast was very nice with a great selection of juices and pastries.
