My wife and I stayed here for 5 days. food is great, gardens are beautiful and rooms are large and comfortable. I would stay here again

Please bear in mind as you read this review that this is one of the priciest hotels in sancti petri, and as such expectations should be higher than at other hotels. Awkwardly, rooms can not accommodate 4, with a max capacity of 3. The check in process was relatively painless, but on arrival to the room the sofa bed wasn’t made (it’s made during the turn down service, but this information wasn’t shared at check in). The elevator was broken so we had to walk up and down four flights of stairs. To change the pool towels you have to go to reception, so even with 5 pools, one of which was right outside our room, we still had to make the trip to reception. Sadly there are more guests than towels, so we couldn’t get new towels and had to make do with wet, sandy towels. Getting the attention of a waitress for a drink near the pool is close to impossible. The breakfast was passable. The lady making fresh smoothies was very busy (as she would inform every guest). While fresh, you will be reprimanded if you ask for a custom smoothie! Also, they ran out of Nutella early in the meal service and didn’t have any more for the rest of our stay, The beds are comfortable but room controls are complex. The room was very cold and no blankets. Small matters can irk you here: the website will show Padel and golf, but these are not part of the hotel and need to be booked separately. The hotel has no private space on the beach. On the plus side, it is an impressive space. Staff generally serve you with a smile, and the aroma throughout the hotel is lovely. I’d suggest avoiding this place. Stay in hippotels and get a lovely Bali bed at Novo chiringuito.

This was the worst hotel I’ve stayed in for some time. Not sure how people are leaving it with great reviews. The staff was not friendly or helpful. We had to find someone to help with bags. The rooms had ants and I killed several spiders. The mini bar fridge was hot and not working and our air conditioner kept randomly turning off and not turning back on. Additionally there was a jackhammer sound tor 2 nights in the walls that we called about and nothing was done. The buffet was a whole level of disappointment and shock. The food was cold and there was a microwave next to the buffet. 😳. Food was not even room temperature. The ice cream was melting in the cooler and for someone whose child has nut allergies this place was an absolute nightmare of cross contamination. Nothing was open - night club closed, other restaurants closed and coffee pits in room did not work. The place was a ghost town so I can’t imagine it being busy. Do not stay here. You will be sadly disappointed

This hotel was a nice quiet getaway. The gardens and pools were quiet and relaxing. It is a large hotel but it didn’t feel like there were so many people there with the way the gardens and pools are laid out.

Incredible hotel. Staff very attentive and always around to assist. Room housekeeping was the best I have ever had. So efficient and quick. The food in each restaurant was at the highest quality. My Girlfriend loved the Lamb especially! Thank you for such a memorable stay.

We loved everything about this resort.we knew it was in a quiet area so if you are looking for a lot of entertainment in the Neighbourhood, this isn’t the place for you thought but if you love, different pools, a beautiful garden and great service with assured walk and some stairs to the beach This is the definitely the place for you. We definitely will be back.
