The room is clean, you can see the new hotel, everything is very new, the only regret is that there is no bathtub, my family is a little regrettable, good is that our poolside room is close to the pool, open the glass door to arrive

Needed to book a hotel last minute but needed it to be clean and not in the ghetto. This hotel checked all those boxes. And the discount through trip.com made it our first choice. This is not a paid ad, this is my actual opinion!

Very nice room and great stay

The University Inn Chico is an ideal spot for travelers wanting to discover the city. The University Inn Chico offers a pleasant stay in Chico for those traveling for business or leisure.The hotel offers easy access to Chico Municipal Airport, just 10km away. With Humboldt Park/Windchime Park, Humboldt Avenue Skate Park and Caper Acres all within a short distance, there is no shortage of things to do in the area.After a long day of sightseeing, guests can retire to the comfort of the hotel. This Chico hotel offers parking on site.

Location is really close to downtown but very quiet. Big spacious rooms with good looking furnishings. Bathroom is very clean and updated with very nice fixtures. This will be my ”go to” hotel everytime I'm in Chico.

Motel 6 Chico, CA is located off US Route 99 at Cohasset and Mangrove. We are within walking distance to restaurants and shopping. Visit Bidwell Park, just 2 miles away. Relax with free Wi-Fi in our all modern rooms.
