One of the best resorts near bangalore. Serene, luxurious, top notch quality & hygiene. The villas are simply awesome. Visited with full family and stayed at their biggest villa called the residence. It had a pool, jacuzzi, bath tub, dining room, living room, 2 beautifully designed huge rooms and spacious bathrooms. What makes Serai special is not just the luxurious stay but also the passionate and lovely people that work there. Mr Gagan, Mr Pradeep, Mr Wilfred all ensured our stay and food were perfect. Cannot recollect some more names but all the people there were amazingly hospitable. They truly made our time there memorable. Miss Suma at the play area ensured my kid had a lot of fun. She taught her some lovely craft and engaged her in fun games. Me and my husband could spend time playing snooker while she engaged our kid in all fun activities in a safe space. Very sweet lady with a sweet smile and completely trustworthy. Great place & lovely staff. Would highly recommend to all.

Chef anil kumar was amazing and we had a great experience at serai. The experience, room, food and hospitality was exceptional, especially the private villa. Highly recommend anyone else to definitely visit the serai and experience the stay.

Spacious rooms and the private pool was a star attraction. Liked the greenery and the plantation at the resort. Food was excellent, Chef Anil Kumar took care of our food very well. Service was prompt and courteous. We really enjoyed our stay.

We had an amazing dining experience, thanks to Chef Anil, who personally guided us through the menu. The tandoori pineapple was the best we've ever had. The Indian dishes were flavorful and well presented, and Chef Anil customized them to our taste. Service was excellent—attentive and friendly. Highly recommend for authentic Indian food with a personal touch!

Beautiful resort in a huge coffee estate amidst nature and singing birds. The private villas with pool gives you the calm and peaceful environment to relax & rejuvenate. Absolutely a wonderful place to spend a holiday doing just what's needed - nothing - "FIKA" as they call it :). The staff whether at the reception or restaurant or housekeeping are extremely friendly and courteous. The property is located very near to the Chikmagalur town so no need to go through the winding roads . It is also close to the Mullayanagiri hill and Hebbe falls.

First the people friendly and polite- Gagan Anil suma Sumanth Abhishek and person from mangalore The peace and calmness in the resort The food was good. The variety was nice even for kids My daughter got a dessert whatever she wanted The kids activity area kept my daughter busy busy - coloring crafts and board games Cycling is tough due to hilly area Small gym Big pool A good walking or running area

Never expected this kind of food in South Indian great taste of North Indian food. Thanks chef Anil kumar for giving us good and yummy food and showing us great hospitality. We will recommend this property to our friends and relatives and will try to visit again here.
