Hotel Rajmahal

The room i booked was for 3 people but instead was given room which accommodates 2 people but later when asked they provided mattress laid on the floor. The room was small. But good enough.

I booked 3 occupancy room by seeing the photos but they allotted very small room even putting additional bed also not possible. Then i raised the complaint in reception and they denied initially and after heat argument they agreed to change for a medium space room which also con-jested but adjustable for the situations. Room was pretty neat and clean also clothes also very clean. But parking area is too limited and available on first come first serve basis. Due to the small place riders bike damaged (many scratches)my car while removing from the parking. No maintenance for parking.

The stay was average. Rooms were clean with proper water supply. Due to peak season the rooms were over rated. Overall the experience was good. The hotel parking was an issue and the staff did not even provided towels. If you are going to stay in this hotel during your visit to chikmagalur, do pack your towels with you.

It was a good hotel with all the amenities, service was good, staff was well behaved. Overall a good experience.

Rooms were good with clean bathroom. Parking was not there, so i you are going with your vehicle, avoid this hotel

No soap in toilet no towel no exhaust leak n bathroom and smell coming to room bed is soo small where can’t sleep more than 2 but we adjusted 4 anyhow bed sheet has big holes no service post 10:30 even luggage pickup that they did for me but showing extra effort’s made for me room is very small and no facility even no phone intercom 15inch television but no remote no drinking water and when i came to reception then asking bring empty jug and fill from kitchen on another floor and this was happening in front of their staff members available on the spot and they refused my multiple requests then i found used bisleri bottle without cap and bring water to my other floor located room fan is only run at full speed or off, no working speed adjusting
