When I contacted them from outside the prefecture to ask for directions to the hotel, they responded poorly. They didn't even consider the customer's position, and even though I contacted them because I couldn't get there and didn't know what to do, they responded by telling me to go to XX station on my own and contact them when I got there.

You can get off at JR Futsukaichi and go straight there, and there is a bank nearby, so it's good for banking. There are many restaurants nearby, so I'm satisfied. I recommend it because it is good value for money and I like the service and cleanliness!

Access is very good, just a 2-minute walk from JR station.
Other facilities are generally old. There is no parking, but there is plenty of it nearby. There is a convenience store, but not many izakayas.

JR『二日市駅』西鉄『紫駅』から近く、福岡市内の移動では博多にも天神にもアクセスの良いホテルでした。施設は古い施設になりますが快適に過ごすことができるホテルでした。

宿泊客が多くシングルルームに空きがなくダブルルームに1人で宿泊したので料金が高かった。駐車場も満車で空きがなく有料で宿泊費と合わせて高くなり結構な痛手となった。出張が急遽決定した為、早目の予約をおすすめします。

駅から4分と記載があったが、実際には2分くらいの駅近だったが少しわかりづらかった。夜中にチェックインしたが、受付には人がいる状態だった。恐らく、掃除のとき以外は常にフロントに人が座っている状態だと思う。ただ、バスローブの場所がわかりづらいところに入っていたので、ベットの上に置くなど工夫は必要かと思います。
