The service here is terrible, especially from Diana at the front desk. She's better suited to being a prison guard or a government employee than someone who works in hospitality. At check in, she was completely uninterested in assisting us. She was gruff. She was incapable of clearly explaining hotel policies and billing questions. This Casa Andina is a poor representation of the brand. It is structured to be a complete cash grab in such an obvious way that it is repulsive. The prices posted are misleading because there's always a hidden service fee. The operator of this hotel is a skinflint. You'll notice how they cheap out. The air conditioning unit in my room was the same model Manco Capac used during the Inca empire. The repairs on the property are done half way always. The bathroom was dated and uncomfortable. There was dust mask under the bed. Reservations are required for the campfire for whatever reason. You're not allowed to eat there, either. Really bizarre policies that are senseless. I would be embarrassed by this property if I was corporate.

Really comfortable experience. With enough services and ammenities to stay a couple days. It has bonfire night, cinema, game room, pool (heated at night), restaurant shows, karaoke, spa, the sunset view was incredible. 2 days 1 night were not enough.

The reception staff is excellent. Stephanie, Mayra, Diana and Valía all made my stay pleasant. This hotel has been consistently excellent since I started staying here over 15 years ago. Everything from the rooms, the pool, the food and especially the staff were excellent during my stay.

Nice and clean. It's the best hotel in Chincha to stay in. Food is also delicious there. Prices of hotel room, food and drinks are reasonable. Therefore, the attention from people who work there is warm and cozy. Always happy to come back to Casa Andina Chincha.

Excellent service!. All the staff was great! Great Location in Chincha, Ica, Peru: near a Mall, and close (by driving) to main touristic attractions . Confortable and friendly rooms. It would be great if they improve the Breakfast and get a hetaed-swimning pool.

This is my first time in Peru and the casa angina hotel was wonderful! I looked forward to Darlyn helping me with breakfast every morning. She was so helpful and great! The rooms were so clean, I'll definitely come back again!

Just finished a week stay at the Casa Andina in Chincha for business. Best option in the area. Safe, quiet, convenient with all the needed amenities. Everyone at reception treated and helped me with all my needs. Diana, Valia, Mayra, Claire, and Jose Luis. With the support of their supervisor Stephanie. I don't know how they do it but the beds were made so well. Thanks to the help of Alexander, Deiby, Milene, Guadalupe, Kevin, Julio and Ericka. I'm not sure who was responsible for my room but they did such a great job. Cesar and Darwin take great care of security. They always receive you and open the gate with a smile. Chef Jorge has some great dishes to serve. The restaurant staff and room service were great. Thanks Juan Ivan, Stephanie, Erick, Yanina, Mileny and Cristhiam. A lot of names but a great staff. Sorry to the ones I wasn't able to include in this review. All around the best place to stay in the area. The pool is refreshing, gym is fully stocked, drinkable filter water station, etc, etc. I'll be back again soon. Thanks, Bryan.

Excellent service! The people were pleasant and helpful. I will bring my family here soon! The breakfast was delicious with variety of food. The place is beautiful and peaceful! I enjoy my stay there!
