I reached hotel very late in the night. Still the reception i received was very warming. My room was ready and i didn’t have to wait to finish my check-in. I had called the reception help desk en route and told them to prepare some dinner for me. When i reached my room, it was served hot and appeared to be freshly prepared. The hospitality was top class. Full marks for cleanliness and refreshing atmosphere.

Except for the surrounding environment, the others are very good. The hotel's meal is very good, suitable for the public, and not very local. There is also a Japanese restaurant, and the hotel room is also very large. It is a good hotel around.

Property is good and location wise also good but staff's behavior is not too much good or not too much bad, average behavior. When i wanted to checkout, they deliberately switched off my room's light. It is one kind of nonsense behavior they have shown and their checkout timing is 11am and wanted to checkout at 10am but they purposely switched off my room's light at 9 am (only poor minded people can do this, even their breakfast also not good or not bad, its average food, road side food stalls give good breakfast than this one, i'll give it 3. 5/10.

I am visiting pune from last 25 years, and stayed in countless hotels, but only very few of are remained in my memory, little mastiff is one of them. Rooms were clean, and spacious. And location is just perfect for nature lovers, because bird valley garden and lake is only few steps away. The staff of the hotel are very professional, friendly and extremely helpful, mr. Prasad, kritesh see & pad-ma from front desk, mr. Hemchandra kandpal from restaurant are doing outstanding job under the good mentorship of very professional mr. Raju wars e & mr. Amol. At last i want to give some suggestions for further improvement, based on my long experience of hotel stays. There should be a mini fridge in the rooms for keeping medicines, cold water etc. Food potions should be customizable for single occupant to avoid wastage of food and money. This hotel is good value for money, but the breakfast options are too few, the hotel is noisy outside at night, the overall housing is still ok.
