This time I am traveling by car to Nagano Prefecture with my family. If you don't drive by yourself, Little Water Bird Hotel is not easy to reach. Maybe April is already past the ski season. The scenery and atmosphere on the road and around the hotel are deserted and desolate. The hotel is said to have been recently renovated. So the facilities are clean and well managed. Only the sloping stairs in front of the door are in dilapidated condition. We booked hotel breakfast and dinner. The ingredients are all fresh local products. The cooking taste is acceptable. Since we were the only guests on the day of check-in, the Daikiri Hot Spring was reserved for our family in turn. Generally no problem. Overall, there is nothing disappointing or surprising about this small hotel.
