Great place to stay in Chios. Wonderful location on the harbour front, and very handy for incoming ferry disembarkation; nearby restaurants for breakfast, and car rental offices. Extremely helpful host - 10 stars from me for responsiveness and flexibility

We will be back to the Aegean Sea Rooms on our next visit to Chios! After a terrible Air BnB experience I had to cancel my booking there and find a last minute stay in the town for two more nights. I was lucky enough to find the Aegean Sea Rooms. Within minutes of booking online the owner contacting me to confirm my details and welcome myself and my partner. After telling him my experience he upgraded us to a beautiful suite for the same price of a regular room. The room was spacious, very clean, and had lots of amenities such as a chaise, fridge, two TVs, jacuzzi tub, and most importantly two A/C units. The politeness and welcoming of the owner and his son are what truly set this place apart. He recommend us a beach and things to do around the town. The bed was comfortable and we had the best sleep we’ve had in weeks! The convenience of the location is spectacular. Directly across from the ferry terminal means it’s easy to get to without having to get a cab or haul luggage around town. The main attractions of the town, delicious restaurant, and boutique shops are all very close. Only a fifteen minute drive to a beautiful beach to go swimming! This establishment deserves more praise and I recommend to any traveller looking for a clean and comfortable stay as well as great value!

I have the most beautiful words to write the summary about my stay at "Aegean Sea Rooms"! Simply, all is excellent! Excellent location! - Near main shopping streets, close to port, near the central bus station... Everything is great at "Aegean Sea Rooms"! - Nice and comfortable room with beautiful view, everything is purely clean! Staff is so kindly! - Owner gave me advices and answers to all my questions. Thanks to him, in "Aegean Sea Rooms" I felt like at home! Finally, I recommend the "Aegean Sea Rooms" to everyone! If I come to Chios again, it is definitely that I will stay at "Aegean Sea Rooms" again.

A phenomenal 2 bedroom detached flat (bathroom and jacuzzi included) with a view pointing towards the beautiful Chios Port.The rustic rooms were in perfect condition and clean. The rooms have air conditioning, and the bathroom always has hot water and the nessecary toiletries in case you come unprepaired. The owner was always available,helpful and answered all of our questions.10/10 would recommend to everybody.
