Location is the best, very convenient to find supermarkets, restaurants and ice cream shops!
Room cleaners standard varies, some day you got a milk replenished, some day not; one of the day they even forgot to clean our room…we found out at night when we returned to hotel after a full day tour…But overall still recommend this hotel as the location is really good.

Most of the staff are friendly & attentive, except a female staff named “Kim” in golden hair. Her service was really poor and ignored guests multiple times. Guest service on the phone pretended to not have heard me when I wanted to complain about the absence of daily room cleaning.

We booked this hotel according to reviews but the room was very dirty , the carpet in the bed room or in the hotel need to clean up . Very dirty and not impressed , the tile in the bathroom was very sticky

Great location, near central square. Allows early check in and a bit late check out. Staff is very friendly! Room is spacious esp the bathroom :) highly recommended
