1、酒店位置特別好，在奇平卡姆登的中心地區，旁邊有個公共停車場，停車也很方便。但導航時候一定注意地址，同地區有另外一家酒店前面的名字是一樣的。
2、我到的這天，酒店臨時告知我的房間有點問題，所以把我轉去了郊外另一家更高級的酒店，確實環境和設施更好一些。

Very rude female clerk at check-in.
Given attic room with bed at one end of the room and bathtub at other. No shower. Separate windowless loo.
Attuc beams made walking without hitting one's head difficult. Parking far from reception and difficult to access.

We had a lovely stay at this hotel. Very clean and comfortable and we got a good night's sleep. Parking is provided which is accessible from a back road. The sign for it was a bit small, so I drove past it once trying to find it.

If you're debating whether or not to stay here, I suggest you book it! The location is perfect, the rooms are large, well appointed and clean. And the breakfast is more than you'd expect. We were very happy with our stay.

I paid £300 for one night at this hotel. It was too much, but they claimed that they have an electric car charger.Unfortunately, I was not able to connect to it. It was dark at the car park and no success after 30 minutes of trying,
Though room looked nice, TV did not work, neither table lamp; the sink was not letting water go down.I nearly flooded the room. With all these problems, no ‘sorry’ was heard from the hotel . No any VIP perks either. Much overpriced. Will not come back
