The accommodation and service were very correct, we arrived earlier than expected and opened the room without any worries.
The reception staff was very gentle and helped us to the maximum in answering our questions regarding chittorgarh.

The towels were very grey and they did not have proper plumbing. The rooms had no sunlight and the bedroom locks were very tight that it caused my finger to get stuck in the lock.

At the outset I'll say that I'm not averse to staying in budget rooms with cold showers, poor water pressure etc. However not when paying 2200 rupees. The room price should be around 1200. It was a good size with comfy bed, ac and fan which we didn't need as weather was cool. On the downside there were intermittent power failures and a lot of mosquitoes, though staff (little English spoken) did provide a plug-in repellent. The rooms are set around a courtyard of what seem to be derelict industrial shop units, which causes voices and loud crashes to echo around. The landings are covered in netting presumably to repel birds or monkeys and this, plus the acoustics creates a prison-like feel. The area around the hotel isn't great, lots of packs of dogs at night and an encampment of gypsies with aggressive beggar kids next door. Chittor is a low key town with few restaurants.We ate at Pratap Palace near the train station which seems to be the only place selling alcohol. No restaurant at our hotel. Not a town or hotel I'd rush back to. Over priced for what it is, though there seems to be little choice in the area.

The rooms were quite ordinary and not up to the mark. The bathroom was not maintained and there was no window or exhaust in it. The room service was good.

Fantastic budget rooms, with very good service. Perfect location - equidistant between train station and the fort! Lovely homemade and cooked Aloo Parantha for breakfast when asked for! And good advice given about the fort. Would definitely stay again!

Very nice experience! our room was very clean, the staff was attentive and warm, the hotel owner stopped by a couple times to make sure we were happy. Excellent experience. Also, strongly recommend you eat at the hotel, the food was delicious and very fairly priced. We're grateful for the experience.

Good location, satisfactory service, friendly staff. Restaurant not available though, lot alternatives nearby. Okay for a night transit
