This hotel was amazing. The rooms were small but clean. There is no tv but none needed after a full day. There is a great view from the rooms with a nice porch and rockers. There is a rushing river in front and high cliffs across the way. The restaurant was very good and they source most of their food locally. There is also a free buffet breakfast. This is a relaxing hotel not close to town but they have a thermal hot spring to sit and soak. I sat in there a long time.

A beautiful hotel in Chivay with a local architecture. The team was really lovely (as in the hotel in Arequipa) with good advice to optimise your travel in the canyon. The hotel is really well located, in the middle of the nature with a view on the river. The most beautiful thing : they have a warm water source which is amazing ! They also have a really good breakfast and a good restaurant which provide a really good food just next to a chimney for the cold night (you'll appreciate it). I definitly recommend to stay there and at the hotel in Arequipa, it was easier for our travel.

The bed is uncomfortable, double bed sinks in the middle needs to be changed. The food is terrible, my husband got sick with the mashpotatoes, the meat over cooked , the quinoa soup was fatty and not taste.. so disappointing, the butter for breakfast ransig, like was in the sun the put it in the fridge..we like eating good and in Peru everywhere is great but here a disater.. the only good thing was the thermal bath great, the staff great, i hope they earn enough, because they really make loads of efforts.

Beautiful hotel in a stunning location. Friendly helpful staff. Shame only stayed for one night. Rooms very spacious and clean. Big bathroom with lovely bath and shower. Got very cold at night so the electric fire and heavy blankets were very welcome! Nice balcony to sit on overlooking the canyon. Great place for star gazing. Thermal springs were great to relax in after a days exploring. Lovely buffet breakfast with fresh bread,jams,fruit,meats and cheeses. Would definitely recommend.

El hotel está en un enclave muy bonito. Es cierto que si entras en el, no podrás salir al pueblo si no es en taxi. Las habitaciones son muy amplias y tiene termas con vistas. La única pega es que la cena que va incluida, es muy escasa y la calidad era bastante mejorable. Después de la cena tuvimos problemas con el estómago

L’operatore ci ha prenotato questo hotel per la tappa a Colca, potrebbe sembrare uno dei migliori ma tutta apparenza. Fuori dal villaggio, sotto un fosso al quale si può accedere solo tramite un sentiero in salita, (poveri facchini). Camere vecchie, bagno inqualificabile (sporco, capelli, polvere sui pavimenti , calcare ), stanza senza neanche un servizio, no tv, no frigobar, no cassetta di sicurezza, neanche una bottiglietta d’acqua di cortesia, considerando il posto, perché si usa anche solo per lavarti i denti . Tra l’altro abbiamo trovato durante il tour sempre persone sorridenti e disponibili eccetto in questo. Colazione due cose in croce, pessima

Un très bel hôtel, dans un lieu magnifique. L''établissement est propre, calme et le personnel est disponible et accueillant, comme on nous l'avais conseillé l'hôtel la maison d'Elise situé à Aréquipa. Nous recommandons cet établissement ++

De ligging van het hotel is adembenemend. Top locatie in de canyon. Personeel draagt je valies tot aan de kamer en dat is wel een karwei op zich met al de trappen die moeten gedaan worden (vanaf parking tot aan gebouw). Je kan bovendien genieten van de warmwaterbronnen. Daar het 's nachts toch wel afkoelt werden we voorzien van een warmwaterkruik voor in bed wat heel aangenaam is. Het diner dat we hebben genomen kan wel beter. Nauwelijks een aantal minuten nadat we besteld hadden werd ons eten reeds geserveerd. We hadden amper van onze pisco sour kunnen drinken. Ook het restaurantpersoneel liet wat te wensen over wat vriendelijkheid betreft. Jammer dat dit niet in verhouding was met de ontvangst die we kregen aan de receptie.
