I stayed at Chizhou Pingtian Peninsula Hotel during the National Day and had a very pleasant holiday. The hotel service is very good. When we arrived at the hotel, the housekeeper Michelle already greeted us at the entrance of Jiuhua Pavilion. Check-in was very fast, and our luggage was sent to the room. We also gave our children a complimentary breakfast when we checked in with them. If we had any problems during our stay, Michelle was very quick to solve them for us. Xiaoye, the travel photographer we booked, was very skilled. He took us to shoot with many people who checked in at the hotel. After seeing the sample photos sent, they were very good. The environment of the hotel is very good. It should be the best hotel in Chizhou. I open the window and sit on the large balcony every day, admiring the beautiful scenery of Pingtian Lake. It is very suitable for relaxing and taking a leisurely vacation. The bamboo forest concert arranged by the hotel during the National Day was also very good, attracting a large number of hotel guests every day. The food in the hotel restaurant is very good, and it’s up to the people to be thrifty. If you don’t want to go out, you can just stay in the hotel. Before leaving, Michelle helped us put our luggage into the car and watched us leave. Pingtian Peninsula Hotel left us with wonderful memories. I hope the hotel can maintain this level of service and hope to return to Pingtian Peninsula again in the future. Finally, I would like to give you a small suggestion, that is, you can consider extending the breakfast closing time appropriately during major holidays such as May 11th, so that guests do not have to get up early and can disperse the customer flow in the restaurant.

The natural environment is extremely beautiful, the scenery is everywhere, the room is satisfactory, and the staff is very enthusiastic! The best thing is that there is a parking spot for Hello bikes in the hotel. There are two types of electric bikes and bicycles. You can scan the QR code with Alipay to visit Pingtian Lake by bike, which is very convenient! At the same time, because the address is close to the core of the tourist area and close to the high-speed rail station, it is extremely inconvenient to call a taxi.

環境一級棒，畢竟是在景區裏，陰天湖邊風略大，有親子活動，有一些小動物。 前台，入住手續辦理流程，介紹仔細，管家章程，人很好，留了聯繫方式，入住期間，有問必答，也有能對周邊有介紹。 客房,房間整潔,3秒出熱水,客房服務員非常禮貌，夜間臨時狀況，反應的時間也很及時。 餐飲，早餐麪不錯，服務員也很貼心，有服務延伸性，中餐水準難講咯，以我的嘴，衹能給及格分。 環境，硬件一流，軟件還有上升空間。

酒店的自然環境得天獨厚，保持的也很好，走在河堤上，看到母鵝在草叢裡睡覺，公鵝認真嚴肅的守衞，神情儼然，而時不時有青鳥雙雙對對飛過，遠處，湖平如鏡，有山如黛，路邊早櫻燦爛，非常的恬靜美好，宛若如人間仙境。 服務的小姐姐非常友好，幫忙拿行李，送快遞到門口，迎送熱情。樓道里大堂裏的插花優雅秀麗，而且用的都是鮮花，這種服務品質，即使以服務出名的日本的高級酒店也不過如此。 上一次在酒店吃的魚頭非常好，留下很好的印象，這次再一次點了，怎知道大失所望，魚頭裡有一股腥味，揮之不去，應該不是十分新鮮或者是經過冷凍，並不是真正的新鮮魚頭。告知廚師，服務認真整改，給予打折並贈送菜式，但是主要的目的是為了吃魚頭，還是讓人失望了。 作為酒店的附屬餐飲，也許不是那麼重要，但是酒店的自然環境，配套設施完全不遜於國際國內的任何一個五星級，但是餐飲卻如同大排檔，質量不穩定，實際上浪費了這麼美好的自然湖水與人文資源。

這次是帶着父母週末過來放鬆的，定了一間豪華湖景房和一間豪華園景房，房間有水果，酒店環境還算幽雅安靜。前台小姐姐態度非常一般，走的時候還鬧了點不愉快。如果和同等價位的酒店相比較的話，並沒有特別的優勢和其它增值服務項目，體驗一次就好了，性價比不高。 房間衞生要表揚一下給我打掃衞生的服務員郭志花同志，很認真也很熱情，説話面帶微笑很親切。

第一次來池州的確驚艷到了，沒想到池州有這麼好的酒店，這麼好的景色，酒店位於平天湖畔，就是華部長推薦的平天湖，酒店的設施設備非常的好，停車場也非常大，值得一提的是，酒店的服務工作人員一個個都很耐心，管家Julia喜臨有問必答，服務的非常及時，值得二刷的酒店
