The hotel has made an excellent effort in the Christmast decoration, makes You feel at home. The polite receptionist made a good impression in My family due to the fast attention. I recomend this hotel if doing a two days trip to cholula is in your 2024 plans, the prices are not expensive They should do their Best with the shower privacy because You can not use the toilet if somebody is taking a shower. The restaurant service has one of the Best attentions i've ever had in hotels. If You want to do exercise I recomend You walk to the top of the church is 10minutes near to the hotel

Booked here as part of a wedding group that had a reception across the road. The hotel is "average". TV remote control provided to you upon check-in. Sheets and towels are changed every day, whether you like it or not. No facecloths provided. All decorative elements in room are glued down (fake plants). Drapes did not fully close as the rail was jammed. Shower curtain was in need of replacement. You will not be able to sleep here on a weekend without ear plugs - there are 3-4 event spaces at hotel or nearby, with weddings and 15th birthday parties going up until 4am. Staff were otherwise helpful with any issues!

Por las noches hay mucho ruido por las fiestas que se celebran en los salones adjuntos. A la llegada entregan una hoja donde te dicen los extras que cobrarán: $500 por sábanas y $60-$100 por toallas. Además de que marcan telefónicamente para ejercer la acción, de forma nada empática. Muy mal sabor de boca por la manera en que nos trataron. Diría que lo único bueno es la ubicación pero la actitud de servicio deja mucho que desear.

Carlos nos atendió muy bien el desayuno. La comida llegó rápido y fue muy lindo con nosotros y nuestra bebé. Nos sentimos muy a gusto! Gracias Carlos! La pasamos muy bien el fin de semana en Cholula. Esperemos regresar otro día a visitar familia.

En el restaurante la atención y salón de la cocina muy bien nos atendio el amigo Sr. Carlos, instalaciones limpias buen olor ambiental, orden 3n la fuente y loza, en si nos la pasamos super agusto con la visita del mesero en turno. Gracias regresaremos en lo sucesivo

Lo que más me gustó fue el servicio del buffet, excelente la comida y el personal del restaurante muy amable, sobre todo el mesero Carlos, siempre muestra una gran actitud. La habitación es cálida y cómoda. Nos gusta siempre regresar a este hotel.
