"Whenever I visit Chonburi, I always choose to stay here. It's great value for money with clean rooms and available parking. Plus, it seems they've recently expanded or opened a new section, which feels brand new."
"Japan Park Hotel is located far away from shopping, bars, restaurants and mall. But they got 2 great restaurants (one Japanese) inside J Park area, also a small 7/11 with coffee machine with Latte hot/cold.
J Park also has a good fitness room.
The Onsen is included for guests, Sauna, hot spring and relax room. The separate female side got a steamroom.
Our visit in January (2025) we had a different room with a comfortable bed, this time in February (2025) the room we got had a very hard mattress with no overlay mattress, did not sleep as well as our first stay.
The staff at the Reception is very friendly, smiling and helpful. Cleaning staff is very polite and smiling and so is the staff at breakfast and both restaurants. Reception at the Onsen is very polite, helpful and smiling. Even the security is very welcoming and smiling.
Clean and modern rooms, only minus is the big height to climb into the shower/bathtub.
No ATM at the hotel or nearby, bring cash or use a card. Building 5 might be to noicy with the big road near by. We had Building no 4 and it's quite peaceful."
"The Bangsaen Heritage Hotel is a truly perfect place for both relaxation and leisure. Located right next to the beautiful Bangsaen Beach, the hotel offers guests the chance to enjoy the sea breeze, the sound of the waves, and the charm of Thailand’s coastal lifestyle within just a few steps. The design of the hotel blends traditional Thai heritage with modern comfort, creating an atmosphere that feels both elegant and welcoming. Guest rooms are spacious, clean, and well-equipped, making every stay comfortable and refreshing. The hotel also provides excellent facilities such as a swimming pool, fitness center, and conference rooms, which makes it suitable not only for family holidays but also for business trips and group events. The on-site restaurants serve a wide variety of authentic Thai dishes and international cuisine, ensuring that every meal is a delightful experience. What makes the stay even more special is the warm hospitality of the staff, who are always attentive and ready to assist with a smile. Whether you are visiting for a romantic getaway, a family vacation, or a company retreat, the Bangsaen Heritage Hotel is the perfect choice. It offers not only convenience and comfort but also a true taste of Thai culture and hospitality, leaving every guest with wonderful memories."
"This place is more like a serviced apartment. The location is a little off the beaten path, but thankfully, there are plenty of restaurants and convenience stores just a short walk from the hotel. It offers excellent value for money. Chonburi is also a very short drive away, and its 'Japan Street' is quite interesting and definitely worth a visit for some photos."
"The staff was accommodating, though there was no bellman in the evening.
After 10, everything is closed. To get food, I tried to order from Grab and I found it difficult to get drivers.
This Hotel Nikko is newer and thus better than the Bali one and many in Japan. The facilities aren’t remarkable and the bathroom amenities aren’t up to standard."
"The room was lovely and well-appointed, featuring a soft bed, effective air conditioning, and excellent water pressure. However, parking was somewhat limited. In terms of amenities, a hairdryer and coffee were missing, though earplugs were provided. A major plus was the abundance of power outlets, which made charging devices very easy. There's a rule against bringing seafood into the hotel to consume. I had purchased some in a box, but couldn't eat it on the premises, so I ended up discarding it, but that was fine."
"Wonderful Stay — Highly Recommend!
I had an amazing experience at this hotel. The room was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable. The staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed. The location was perfect near 7 -11"
"I recently stayed at this place and had a wonderful experience. The property is extremely clean, providing a comfortable and welcoming environment. The area feels very safe, which made my stay even more relaxing. Overall, it’s a great place to stay, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and secure spot."
"Hotel is located on Sukhumvit road, near Big C extra. But it is not easy to notice hotel for first time comer. I missed spot and took time to find it at night time. Overall is good value for money for travelers who works and need a good night sleep. Room is clean with attached bath room. Hotel has plenty of parking lots which is very convenient for late check in. At reception, frozen food is available for purchase. Recommend to have meal before check in."

MMichael AntonyFantastic stay at this small resort we moved here after booking at another hotel for 2 nights at twice the price but we were fooled by the pictures and the false information about the location so looking on Trip.com whilst having a meal we managed to find this gem of a place only had one night stay but wish I had found this earlier you can order food from the menu Thai and European food etc pool with jacuzzi was a dream and rooms although classed as standard I have stayed in deluxe rooms not as good as these and 4 rooms on ground floor so if you are mobility impaired you can request these rooms all in all it was so good I have booked next week for 4 nights I would award 7 out of 5 stars I am not one for pictures but I attach 1 of the bed on arrival
PPapao LSPI love how it close to the beach and next to the convenience store like 7-11.
We chose to stay at Amari during our visit to Bangsaen because it’s close to Bangkok last June with friends. The hotel was very clean and felt extremely safe. The staff were friendly and always willing to help and I appreciated how peaceful the hotel’s location and there’s also lots of good food around.
GGuest UserMost important is to replace the pillows with on hats on and on soft on for guests. Now cannot sleep well and have to use big towels to get the comfort. Bed and Pillows are important to give comfort to the customers nowadays in any hotels. Take a look of the Centara group or other hotel groups, they have their standards for the mix of the further or artificial materials inside. The lights location in the ceiling disturbs guests in sleeping. There should be floor lighting. Guests are mot get use to the environment. They need basic lighting feel security and going to wash room at night.
AAmorndaetComplete equipment for one night's stay, towel, shampoo, shower cream.
The clothes rack in the bathroom is as tall as they say.
The water isn't really strong.
Cleanliness is good, no problems. When checking in, you will be confused because the ground floor is a parking lot that looks like an apartment. You have to enter the door up to the 2nd floor to check in. But the hotel rooms and apartments are separated.
WWatcharongI stayed at Primetime Hotel from March 19 to 20, and my experience was quite positive. The hotel is conveniently located near popular attractions. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, with comfortable beds and effective air conditioning. The breakfast offered a variety of options and was consistently praised for its quality. The staff were friendly and accommodating, ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process. However, some minor issues were noted, such as occasional noise disturbances and slightly dim lighting in the rooms. Despite these, the overall value for money was excellent. I would recommend Primetime Hotel for couples and solo travelers looking for a comfortable stay.
GGuest UserThe room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The staff were very helpful, and the breakfast was delicious. My only minor complaint was that the soundproofing in the room wasn't great.
RRajeev KeshavVery clean property more like serviced apartments with all possible facilities like swimming pool, laundry, gym, parking and also simple but nourishing breakfast of porridge and eggs. They also arranged for almost a brand new Honda click @ 300 Thai baht a day.
Mmaggie9807The room is relatively large, with a refrigerator and kitchenware. The toilet drains slowly, and the water temperature of the electric water heater is not hot enough, but overall it is relatively clean and the surrounding environment is relatively quiet.
GGuest UserThe room was okay, the missing some basic amenities, like tissues, and kettle for coffee.
The bed was too hard.
Air conditioning was good.
More English channels on TV would be appreciated
Water pressure for shower was too low
