Hillman Hotel (Chongqing Nanchuan Branch)

The service at this hotel is nothing short of amazing. From check-in to departure, you can feel their enthusiasm. The lady at the front desk is very nice! Moreover, the rooms here are larger and well-equipped. The carpets are soft and the beds are so comfortable. I like it! Parking is free, which is really good.

The facilities are very good, simple but not simple, the service is considerate, valet parking, and considerate for traveling guests. I asked the front desk for disposable razors and toilet mats. Although it is a small detail, I feel warm and the lobby is nice. There is a tea bar machine, because I don't like to boil water in the room and making tea is too convenient. I will only stay here when I come back to Nanchuan.

I really don’t understand how this hotel was rated as a four-star hotel by Ctrip... When I checked in yesterday, the front desk arranged for me a room next to the road. There was a large water-soaked stain on the entrance wall, and then I I thought it was too noisy on the roadside, so I went downstairs and asked the front desk if they could change me to a room not facing the road. Ctrip clearly stated that I could upgrade to a room for free. When I asked the front desk, she told me that all rooms that could be upgraded were booked by guests. I've got a room...Okay, I won't say anything else, but don't you think this reason is too far-fetched? Even if you don’t want to be promoted, it’s a bit outrageous that some people are renewing their apartments! Let’s not talk about this. After I moved to another room and entered the door, I saw a yellow stain on the quilt. Then I contacted the front desk and asked the cleaning lady to change my bed. The quilt that the aunt brought was still dirty. I said to myself, "It's dirty again". I was really speechless... Then my aunt took it a second time to change it and it was a little bit cleaner... Then when I took a shower, I saw that the shower head was also broken and the towel was broken. There is a hole in the top, and the sound insulation effect is also poor. You can clearly hear the voices of people talking at the door in the next room, so I didn't sleep well at all. This hotel is great👏I have never stayed in such a rubbish hotel. Nothing is satisfactory👍🏻

A very good store, hygienic and clean, simple but not simple, the environment is also very good, the service attitude is satisfactory, the basic hotel equipment and facilities are complete, the bathroom is separated from wet and dry, there are sandals and disposable slippers, the breakfast is a little simple, it is understandable that this is the only one after all Pricey, but tastes good, to my taste! Overall, the price/performance ratio is very high and worth staying.

從來沒有住過這麼糟心的酒店，衞生差，床單上還有噁心的東西。隔音更是差得離譜，樓上樓下説話上廁所都能聽見，樓上小孩尖叫打鬧哭泣聲一直維持到半夜，給前台反映幾次都不重視，一晚上沒睡好，氣死了！

酒店服務熱情，衞生乾淨整潔，房間温馨寬敞，酒店位置優越，酒店設施較新，唯一不足就是早餐不夠豐富，房間價格也很實惠，性價比高！
