JI Hotel (Chongqing University Town Xijie)

This is the first time I have made such a bad evaluation of a hotel. It is very bad for the All Seasons brand. I came to Chongqing on a temporary business trip and only stayed for one night and left early in the morning. Because I trust the brand, I did not read the evaluation carefully. I remind you to pay attention. Bad review! This hotel is very, very, very noisy. The KTV bar below was noisy until early in the morning. The key is that the glass sound insulation is not good at all, and there are no prompts or instructions at the front desk. I checked in at four o'clock in the afternoon, went out to do errands at six o'clock, and returned to my room to rest around eleven o'clock. I noticed continuous noise at around twelve o'clock in the morning, and I couldn't rest even if I closed the window, so I called the front desk and asked to change rooms, and the front desk also refused. The service standards are very low. It said that the room was full and I couldn't help. I said that it was no longer suitable to open a hotel with this level of noise. I should inform the guests when they check in. The result! ! ! The front desk said they usually inform you! ! ! I said, do you mean the customer is lying? Answer: He was not present and did not know the process. First, there was no prompt at all, and second, it was clear that they themselves knew how noisy it was here. I didn't want to communicate anymore, so I contacted Ctrip. After contacting me, the front desk admitted that it was very noisy, but there was nothing that could be done about it. I made various calls that night and the next day to communicate, but there was no proactive compensation condition or apology. A hotel that made me re-recognize the All Seasons brand from site selection, evaluation, decoration to service is not worthy of the more than 400 yuan room rate at this location. I just want to thank Ctrip for handling my request in a timely manner. So far, the hotel still doesn’t know why. It’s like a king hotel. I will book with Ctrip in the future, but I cannot blindly trust a chain like Jiji. I still have to read the reviews carefully.

地理位置不錯，在大學城附近隨便轉轉就有很多好吃的。前台姐姐服務也很好～非常感謝。旁邊就是公園在裏面散步非常放鬆🥰訂了有浴缸的房間泡澡，房間很大住起來很舒適。 窗外視野也很好，在全季度過了一次很開心的旅行！
