Very interesting room with huge pebbles floor bathtub facing the bridge view. Price is definitely worth the cents compared to the nearby hotels which cost double.

It was a very good spot for tourist who go out everyday to explore because the location is accessible to any places. The room was pretty good the beds and pillows are clean but the outside isnt that clean most probably because it was shared with other building owners. Overall we stayed our stay. Thank you 😊

absolute WORST 'hotel' I have ever stayed, booked a river view - but it was 10% river, 90% aircon generators and the balcony door lock was broken, had to request to be fixed on the spot at 11pm (they were unwilling to change a room for us, and only prompted with video evidence, did they send someone up immediately). the hotel is not even a hotel, it's like the rooms are amongst extremely dingy residential units, and the lifts are shared by the entire building of random people, zero security measures. they also asked every morning if we wanted our room cleaned and pillow covers changed, which when we said yes and they did, cleanliness was still subpar. the toilet was musty and had cockroaches. the private spring was not bad though, other than it being dirty but they provided a plastic sheet. room was relatively spacious but dirty. would not book again. no amenities other than a tiny convenience store, rather inaccessible and overpriced for what is being offered. bad start to the trip. TLDR: shitty airbnb

The staffs were super friendly and accomodating, although we made some mistakes during our booking, they were flexible and helped us to make arrangements for adjustments. Love their efficiency. The hotel is clean and beautiful and lovely decorations as well. I would like to give a special mention to their manager as well for her prompt response and decision making.

Really nice modern room, designer modern. I was impressed with how much you got for the price, and the private stone spa was big enough to accommodate a 6 foot tall male.. modern shower, toilet, projector TV... And most important, great air-conditioning. Quiet 22nd floor room.
Staff was very friendly despite the language barrier, but it's very easy to use WeChat and communicate. It was slightly confusing with elevators, you need to go to the 4th floor from the street, then use a different elevator once inside the hotel, and exit the same way. They gave me a welcome bag and stored my luggage all day.

The location of the hotel is very close to the subway and the most popular places to visit. The view from the room is very good 😊 The staff is very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean.

Great experience overall, just a detail with the room being far away from the other hotel rooms in a floor where some apartments and a kitchen were, but I guess that's part of the Chongqing experience, lol.

The room is big with view to the river. However, maybe because it is too big, the heater aren't really performing to heat uo the room in the winter... Same to the big pool design for hot water soaking. The water took too long only to fill up like 3-4 inches and the tab hot water then turn to totally icy water, maybe the hot water feom the boiler already runs oit of hot water.. So, did not use at last for at least 1 time..

love the free gifts and free drinks provided in the fridge which is also free flow at the lobby. service was amazing, convenient shop is below, area is not very near to the busy area (jie fang bei etc). amenities are great, hot spring bath is good. however, the room located at level 8 is scary as it seem quite run down. it seems like we are the only people staying at that level, which is quite dark. floor is sticky as well but slippers are provided. overall is pretty place to stay… if u dont mind the run down pathway to the rooms :)
