Chongqing Dao Jiang Holiday High-altitude Hotel (Jie Fangbei Hongyadong Branch)

Had a great stay in Chongqing in this hotel. Having said that the loft is not suitable for those who dislike climbing stairs

The room itself was beautifully decorated. Very good location too in the city with lots of shops & restaurant around it. However, the service provided, leaves much to be desired. We specifically paid more to book a high floor larger room (53 or 54 floor and 45 to 50 square meters) with early check in. Imagine our surprise when we arrived at 1150am, we were informed our room was not ready. In the end, we could not wash up & had to leave our luggage first in our friend's room, who surprisingly can check in despite paying less & not requesting for early check in. We left to explore the city & came back to check in at 1730pm. It was ridiculous when they told us the high floor room was smaller in size. This is totally contradictory to what we booked. We were showed the 53th floor room before going to see two 48th floor rooms. We finally settled on the larger room with a bigger window (4816) as we were tired & had no choice but to accept the room. Note that the room was still normal size (definitely not 45 & above) & obviously not at the 53th floor. It was extremely convoluted to get to the floor as we had to change lifts. Room 4816 itself was good & the shower was huge & powerful with a comfy bed. If not for the false advertising when we booked the room, it would have been good.

The location is great One piece of advice. The hotel is located in the exact same building as the Westin hotel The lobby for this hotel is in B1 floor and the lobby for the Westin is on the 3 floor This was a bit confusing but the people at the funny desk are super kind and helped me even with language barrier The room is super clean and very comfortable stay Very beautifully decorated I did have an amazing time and most of all the front desk is so lovely in very thankful for their help and Politeness Highly recommended

Nice hotel with nice views and really good location close to all the tourist spots and food. Room was really nice and bed was very comfortable.

Super good experience. Nice bath tub and the room set up is very new and as well as the staff are caring
