This is my first time to come for training. I am not familiar with this place. I chose this newly opened hotel. The environment is OK. The service in the restaurant is very good. Everyone is greeted with a smile, which makes people feel happy. The only shortcoming is that the front desk staff should be more enthusiastic and smile more.

花園式酒店，環境舒適，很安靜隔壁房間進出沒有嘈雜。房間寬敞，床品衞生，我們入住的有點晚，房間衹有一樓的了，有點黴味，淋浴間地漏頭髮要清理了，洗澡下水很慢。酒店服務非常温馨，就是早餐結束的有點早，9點就收餐了。

老公説有四星水平
不住：很多酒店都有 被子和天氣不搭！重慶晚上23點不能開空調，可是酒店床墊熱 被子厚呀！我蓋着熱 不蓋冷 要空調被沒有！曾經在另外一個酒店4月的天氣（晚上19度）還是冬天厚被子！建議酒店經理睡一下酒店的床被子
