This is my first time to come for training. I am not familiar with this place. I chose this newly opened hotel. The environment is OK. The service in the restaurant is very good. Everyone is greeted with a smile, which makes people feel happy. The only shortcoming is that the front desk staff should be more enthusiastic and smile more.

環境不錯，有需要改進的地方，我定的是35平米的房間，開始安排的一樓，目測沒有35平米，因為下水道有異味，住了一晚換了二樓，房間更小了，估計20平米左右，燈總開關不靈，小度助手也關不了。

春節期間朋友來訪，入住該酒店。園林式設計讓人很放鬆。本來是很開心的朋友歡聚，卻被一些小事多多少少有點煩心：1.過道保潔不夠及時，不知哪位顧客弄灑了奶茶，導致朋友仰天摔了一大跤，好在衹是軟組織挫傷，就衹跟保潔阿姨簡單提醒了一下。至今，朋友手枴處還疼痛；2.住過很多酒店，礦泉水都是免費贈送。就你家額外要一瓶，得三塊錢一瓶。第一次聽説，可能是我們少見多怪
