優點:價格便宜，獨立小院，帶小孩有活動空間，小院樹下乘涼比較涼快，小院可以訂餐（炒菜，湯鍋，價格小貴，能力承受範圍之內），停車相對比較方便。
缺點:公共衞生間和淋浴間衞生較差，基本上臟亂不堪，使用完了的洗漱用品沒有及時收拾，淋浴水温偏低，基本上衹能簡單沖洗一下。衞生巾壞的門也沒有及時修繕。房間內沒有空調，晚上睡覺特別熱，房間隔音效果也很差。
