總體一般，套房有雙衞及雙洗漱台盆，乾濕分離，贊。但是，缺乏熱情主動的服務意識。入住時短髮前台女性，態度生硬，雖然本人聲明瞭這是享受攜程兔押免查房的訂單，但前台仍執意收取了按金，且直接扔了2張房卡就完事，未將包含的早餐券發放給我。入住後，房間裏僅有2小瓶礦泉水，布藝沙發上有污漬，最噁心的是櫃子裏的一床加被，鋪開一開，竟然有茶杯蓋一團油漬。早餐十分簡單，種類十分單調，白水蛋，預製的小包子，炸油條，炒白菜，粥和素米粉。用前台短髮女性的話來説，我們酒店就這樣，沒有星級，別拿我們去跟星級酒店比。抱着這種態度做服務行業，遲早會被淘汰。唯一的亮點是，第二天早上前台一個扎馬尾的女生在我詢問有無早餐券用餐時，把頭天前台短髮女性未給的早餐券補齊了。這種酒店，收着不低的房費，服務水準卻跟招待所一個檔次，估計離閉店也不遠了吧。

房間發現跳蚤，嚇死個人。3樓餐廳某位服務員態度十分不友好，説她就是這個態度，真的不適合幹服務行業。總之不會再去入住，也不推薦！

真的我要給差評，這是我第一次外出住酒店一個晚上沒有睡…第一酒店枕頭高，高的讓人落枕😫第二就是這個空調，絕殺…聲音大到懷疑人生根本沒有辦法入睡，最關鍵的是TA還會停機，然後再次啟動，就這麼周而復始不停歇的停機啟動停機啟動停機啟動停機啟動…一啟動聲音就哄的一聲，深更半夜還帶驚嚇的，第二天孩子還要考試也是一晚都沒睡，沒辦法實在受不了了，凌晨三點把空調關了然後開窗，更悲劇的事情來了，蚊子先生小姐登場了，娃被咬的都是包，我也一樣不能倖免全是包…真的地處偏僻我都覺得還好，但是這個沒辦法入睡還能讓人活嗎？第三週邊方圓幾裏沒有吃飯的地方，酒店早早就沒有飯了…真的讓人簡直無法想象怎麼還會有這樣的各種情況…5點多坐着寫評價，估計也沒誰了…😓第四酒店沒有打印機複印機可以用，都是壞的…建議如果有商務活動的一定要跟前台妹妹問一下位置開車到鎮上去…一帶圖片就傳送失敗，反正我不是同行也不是噴子，而且實住者的真實感受

怎麼説呢，400多一晚的房間，小瓶的免費礦泉水，讓多給兩瓶不給，房間打掃也衹是收垃圾袋和補充物資，地不帶掃的，三天，在地上的頭髮衹多不少，去湖邊走路也算近，沒有近到十分鐘就到的距離，湖景也看不到個所以然，如果不吃酒店的飯得開車出去吃，單程走路50分鐘遭不住。説點好的：安靜是真安靜，酒店早餐品種和味道都中規中矩。總的來説，51選的這家性價比一般。

設施：太一般了，電視看一會就自動停了，馬桶還莫名其妙的堵了。
衞生：地上不知道是什麼東西都沒拖乾淨，床單上還有油

酒店周圍看着略顯荒涼，入住當天碰巧有人吵架，隔音差，除此以外其他都還好
離長壽湖風景區入口很近，但是風景區要收門票，旁邊有未開發的湖泊草坪，也可玩耍
