Very unclean and very poor service. The room itself is well-decorated, however seems to have never been cleaned. For around 24 hours after arrival none of the room cards worked and so I had to visit the desk each time I let my room for a member of staff to accompany me and unlick the door. During this period the WiFi was also not working. When asked for help the staff were slow to respond, one member of the front-desk staff in particular did not know where any of the rooms were and played on his phone constantly, even while helping customers. Most concerning was the presence of black mould in the room, which could well be a serious health and safety issue for children. All in all I would recommend avoiding this hotel.

Complaint: The carpet in this room is too dirty. I can smell an indescribable odor when I sleep. The mattress is also uncomfortable and collapsed in the middle! I decided to move to another place the next day!

1. The room type I booked was sold out. They changed the room type without my consent. They told me that it was sold out that night and said we were late. What kind of logic is that? Are they bullying foreigners? They wrote that they would provide free luggage storage but they told me that I would only get free storage if I gave a good review. Is that a threat? They said they would provide a 24-hour front desk but there was no one at the front desk. I will stay in a bridge tunnel next time I come here instead of this hotel.

The hotel room is very quiet, not disturbed by the outside world, the mattress is moderately soft and hard, the front desk lady has a good service attitude, highly recommended 👍
