Hotel receptionist Ms.蒲文玲has shown exemplary character in reaching out to guest. We couldn't hailed a cab because we don't have the app and payment method but she helped to hail the taxi on the street and when this was unsuccessful due to peak hour,she used her mobile app and hailed one for us and insisted we only pay her based on the estimated fare shown in the app. Such an honest and humble person. She has done a good deed and we truly appreciate her gesture. Orange Hotel is lucky to have her as an employee.🙏

The room is OK, clean and hygienic, and the auntie keeps it clean and tidy every day. The location of the hotel is also good, with convenient access, and there are subway lines 3 and 6 nearby. The lobby attendant is very considerate and guided us how to get to the scenic spot. It is very close to Guanyin Bridge.
