Overall it is very satisfactory except for the lifts is a bit slow and the kitchen staff is very rude and unfriendly...... Dryer machines is not working well and need to take long hours to dry....

Love this hotel ! Front desk Clark 小雙are wonderful , very willing to help , free laundry, service with dryers, free drinks, with flower tea, and specialty teas. Love this hotel. needed to stay till five before boarding cruise ,They were willing to keep my luggage and have me stay at their Lobby .

It was wonderful staying. We arrived before check-in time but they kindly let us to check-in earlier. Very polite and kind staff on the front desk. Good breakfast and wonderful view. A lot of attractions nearby (you can walk around). Highly recommended!

Hotel location very nice. All staffs are very friendly and helpful. The hotel stay experience is very good. And, the bed was very comfortable

Hotel location was great (just opposite Hongyadong). Customer service is good (gave us extra mineral water). The view from our room was a but disappointing but the view from the hotel lobby is beautiful. Aircond and heater was broken during our stay. Overall, it was a decent stay.

I had a lovely stay in this hotel. I would highly recommend it to anyone. There is a great view of the city and overall close to Hongya Cave. Overall 5/5 experience for the price.

Very good location too access Ali the local sightseeings; especially the hoster Mrs CaiCai and Mrs. Chen are reality helpful and kindness.
