I saw that the room had an air conditioner, and the air conditioner showed cold air, so I turned on the air conditioner, but the temperature continued to rise until the indoor temperature reached 31 degrees. I contacted the front desk, and the front desk sent a technician to repair it. As a result, the technician said that the central air conditioner was now turned on, but it was actually hot air, although I turned on the cold air, and he couldn't give any solution. So I took the initiative to upgrade to a room with windows. 7. When checking out, the hotel told me that since I booked on Ctrip, I could not directly issue a full invoice, but needed to issue the original room invoice on Ctrip, and then upgrade the room fee before issuing the hotel fee.
