I took a while to locate the hotel as it was in a kind of a rundown shopping complex. The exterior of the building was not very welcoming. But when I entered the lobby on the 15th floor, I felt I was in a different world from what I witnessed a few minutes earlier. The hotel interior was like any good standard hotel. The staff were very friendly and cheerful. The room was nice and clean. The breakfast menu was wide and changes daily. Overall it was a good place to stay, forgoing the condition of the exterior building. It take about 8-10 minutes to the metro staion at the Guanyinqiao pedestrian street.

Overall service provided and experience staying in the hotel is good. Good location near to Guanyinqiao. The only minus point is the hotel located in an office building with shared elevator with other users in the building in order to go to the hotel. During my stay, two of the three elevators are under maintenance, only one function. It will be better if the hotel has its own elevator for the hotel residents from the ground floor.

Very nice hotel and close to metro. Problem was the building hotel is in. It's very old and only 1 lift was working to get to the hotel. It was very slow and always overfilled. Had to wait 20 minutes and for multiple lifts to go up to, or come down from, the hotel. No stairs option. Felt dangerous and sadly ruined our experience of what is otherwise a great hotel.
