Qianhe Rishan River View Hotel

The hotel is located in the same building as the Eye of the Clouds observation deck at Xiaoshizi, making the location and transportation very convenient—both the subway and bus stations are very close. The room has a stunning view, looking directly across at Raffles City. In terms of service, the front desk was warm and attentive, and luggage storage is available. The room was clean and tidy, fully equipped with amenities including a washing machine and dryer. Overall, great facilities and a fantastic location!

The environment is great and the facilities are complete. Check-in was smooth, and the butler was there to assist throughout my stay, patiently answering any questions and proactively asking if there was anything they could help with. It was really thoughtful. The hygiene was also very clean and tidy. The hotel is located right in the city center, making it convenient to go anywhere. It's really handy to stay here if you're planning to explore the city.

The front desk service was attentive; any issues were promptly and efficiently resolved. We even got a discount on tickets for the 'Eye of the Cloud' attraction. The hotel's central location in the city is super convenient for getting around and dining. Being in the business district means everything is easily accessible. I'll definitely stay here again on my next visit.

The Eye of the Clouds (Yunduan Zhian) is located in the same building as the hotel, making it incredibly convenient for getting around. The room also offers a great view, and the subway station is right downstairs, with both Line 1 and Line 6 very close by. The hotel is situated in the United International Building, and you can reach it by taking Exit 5A from Xiaoshizi Station.

Service: The service is truly exceptional, on par with a five-star hotel. We had a butler who was always responsive to our needs. Facilities: The facilities are a bit old. The air conditioner, toilet, and faucet all made a lot of noise when used. The soundproofing wasn't very good either; even on the 44th floor, we could clearly hear and were disturbed by car horns from downstairs in the morning. Families traveling with infants should be cautious when choosing this hotel. Environment: The view is indeed excellent, whether it's the river view or the city view. The high-floor scenery is great, perfect for enjoying the night view and clouds.

The location was a pleasant surprise! Having a light rail station right outside, and being next to Jiefangbei and within walking distance to Hongyadong, was incredibly convenient, especially for someone only in Chongqing for a day. The view from the room was also spectacular, with stunning river and cityscapes. The staff were very friendly; the front desk even helped me retrieve my delivery. The room's cleanliness was fine, and the facilities met all my needs. For the price, it was a very satisfying stay.

The room had an amazing view, the high-rise city skyline was particularly stunning. The surrounding transportation was very convenient, making it easy to get anywhere. The entrance to the Yangtze River Cableway was right next door, as was Xiaoshizi subway station. The staff were polite and enthusiastic. When a package arrived at the front desk, they helped me find it, even though there were quite a few, they carefully assisted me, which I really appreciated. The housekeeping lady was also excellent. It was a very satisfying stay.

An incredible stay from start to finish, everything was perfect! The location is ideal: just a few minutes' walk from everything (Jiefangbei, Hongyadong, Eye in the Clouds), the best base to explore Chongqing. The room was stunning, with excellent amenities and a bathtub facing floor-to-ceiling windows. I was on the 54th floor and the view over the river and the city is breathtaking, both at night with all the lights and during the day with the mountains in the mist. Taking a bath with that view is something you have to experience at least once. Special thanks to the staff: always available, quick to help with any issue, warm and attentive. They even gave me farewell gifts when I checked out, a really touching gesture. Thank you to the whole team for an unforgettable stay. I'll definitely be back next time I'm in Chongqing!
