The smell in the room is unbearable. Later I changed rooms. It's close to the subway entrance, which is more convenient, but the hotel's hygiene is really poor.

Terrible. The room smelled. I called the front desk and they said they would send someone to check it out. When they came, the short-haired lady said there was no smell. Her attitude was very bad. How could I say that if there was no smell? She also said that my window was too small. When we entered, the window was opened that wide. The smell took so long to dissipate and it didn't go away! Recommended. The hotel walls are full of potholes and black pen marks. It's outrageous. How can people live here?
