枕套不乾淨，前台服務極差，掉了個死臉，跟欠她多少錢一樣，辦理入住全程沒有主動説一句話 ，一問三不知，服務沒要求你笑臉相迎，最起碼得要熱情服務吧！

環境不錯，衞生也還是可以的，位置也挺好的，離嘉陵步行街和車站都挺近的，吃飯逛街很方便。前台也很和氣，隔音稍微有點問題，總體來説還是很不錯的。
