Room and toilet is clean and big enough for 4pax. Nice view from balcony. Hotel buggy service is very good and prompt. Environment is so cozy and I definitely will come back !

Well, enjoyed the staying in the mountain at his time , everything was fantastic , the services, the staff desk, the breakfast, the environment ....the room and mountain view especially thanks to Miss Liu for helping us and to upgrade our room after she talked with the manger and his approval to ⁸upgrade ,she was supper nice with a good manar and proficinal ,well done Miss Liu...will for sure visit next time ...if there were more than 5 star i give 10 star for sure :-)

The room size is big enough for a family of four and equipped with all basic amenities needed. The views from the hotel are amazing. Would love to pay a visit again.

We had a very nice weekend in this hotel. I would like to praise 小代 co-worker. She met us at the check in and supported all our holiday. Since we are foreigners, she offer for us a bit more individual experience, shared her Wechat and kept a very good contact with us keeping us informed about everything what we might need. That was very good and I very happy with such service, well done!

Comfy and spacious rooms, love the food at the restaurant nearby, nice little farm with alpacas. Only thing that bothered us that police came to check on us because we’re foreigners and asked the same information that we already provided for the hotel

Firstly, if you are a foreigner entering and checking in at the hotel, then please ensure you can speak chinese or have a chinese friend to go with you. The process entering the park itself at the foot of the mountain is extremely frustrating and then upon checking, even more of a challenge as the staff spend ages looking at every single page of your passport and taking 3000 photos of it.
The resort is perfectly situated which was the highlight of our stay as well as the BBQ restaurant on premises that make the absolute best beef soup.
The animals around the area are gorgeous, however their horses had no water all day long and were tied up in the open sun. The horses were not taken care of and looked quite sad.

The snow scenery of Fairy Mountain is so beautiful! The room type with floor heating and yard on the first floor of Huabang (garden view room) can realize the comfort and freedom of adults lying down inside and children playing in the snow in the yard! The hotel is very large. If you want to visit the cute pet park, eat at the western restaurant, or go to the entrance of the prairie, you only need to call the front desk and a shuttle bus will pick you up. The best choice for a parent-child vacation! Xiao Xiao at the front desk provided great service!
