服務態度極差。由於行程問題，最開始和酒店協商同意取消訂單。等我去申請取消，酒店直接在平台拒絕。説是平台不讓取消，我們又聯繫平台。平台説是酒店不通過取消，後面又聯繫酒店，酒店又説不能取消。説什麼給我們保留了一天的房間，可是我們晚上10點多下單，11點左右取消。中間就隔了半小時左右。開始同意，等我們改變行程了。又反悔説不能取消。又協商了幾個小時，然後不入住還是要扣全款。

房間裏面怎麼説呢，應該叫賓館，還是乾淨整潔，床品不是那種很舒適的，比較日常，但是最離譜的，空調控制在天花板上？？？？
不踩凳子調不了温度，
送機服務還可以，衹能説，能住

隔音效果不好，晚上有人在樓道走動説話，很煩人，很影響休息；告示上寫的00：00—23：30提供接送機服務，打電話的時候卻説不提供了；衞生間的洗漱台旁邊和排氣扇都沒打掃乾淨；對於這家店有預料外的也就是前台的服務態度和設施至少在這個價位還是可以

趕飛機臨時落腳，還不錯，旁邊有家早餐店，送機服務是給你打車這個我覺得比較好，因為有些店送機是限定人員每間，這家沒有！

挺好的，就是夜間的前台服務人員希望不要穿睡衣服務，不是那麼的專業，性價比很高，房間清潔挺好的，做房的阿姨挺有禮貌的。
