The hotel is so amazing, we are totally pleased, the facilities inside the hotel are very beautiful, everything it’s clean. And a plus for the customers service. The atmosphere very friendly, the lobby is very nice and smells so good

It was a very pleasant stay. The staff at the reception were very friendly and welcoming. An excellent room service was provided and the buffet breakfast was a real delight. I had afternoon tea meal at the LEVEL during my last stay and the food and drinks choices were quite varied and delightful! Highly recommend!

Great in all aspects , just didn't understand how the shuttle service works( guidance for foreigners need improvement to help fully enjoy the hotel and it services) , staff can speak English( some of them ) but easier if you Can speak some basic Chinese or use translation app .I will definitely visit again
