The hotel was clean and hygienic, with convenient parking. The red panda room is arranged in the single-family villa area. The entrance hall is also very grand. The red panda inspection and interactive session the next day, as well as the careful explanation of the keeper, are worth the price of the house. I don’t know if the emotional value given by the hotel is too high, which instead reflects the poor management of Lehe Ledu Park. Since this is a review of the hotel, I will not go into details. The kids love the red panda bag given by the hotel. We had dinner in the hotel, the price/performance ratio was acceptable and the taste was pretty good among hotels. If there are any disadvantages, it is that the charging facilities are outdated and there are too few charging spaces; the breakfast varieties are relatively simple among star-rated hotels. One more thing to add, at 10 o'clock the next evening, I mistakenly thought that my child had left a piece of clothing in the hotel, so I contacted the hotel front desk. I thought that they might help confirm and call me back the next day, but I didn't expect that they called me back within 10 or 20 minutes. The service is impeccable and I have to give it a thumbs up!

The location is excellent, with a dedicated small gate to the playground, which is very suitable for two-day entry. There are many small animals in the hotel, which the children like. The service is also good, and the accompanying restaurant tastes great.

The children especially like the panda rounds. My son is too young and couldn't adapt at first. Fortunately, the keeper patiently guided the children and explained the living habits of the red pandas. At the end, he gave the children a panda bag. My son liked it very much. When he got home, he was still thinking about the stars. The villa No. 2 we stayed in had very old facilities. After all, it has been opened for a long time. I feel that many hardware facilities can be replaced, but it is very clean and the air on the mountain is also very good. The children especially like the floor bed. It would be even better if there were some panda elements. It was a great trip and I will take my children there in the future.

I just wanted to have a close contact with the red pandas. I looked at many hotels with red pandas and finally chose this one. I was so happy and it was worth the trip. In the morning, Chenchen came to the room to wake up the service. After that, we could visit the red pandas' home, eat with them, watch them climb trees, and play with them up close. The keeper was very patient and explained to us. He also gave us apples to feed the red pandas and gave us zoo tickets. There was also an electric car to pick us up at the zoo hotel. The service was perfect. Being neighbors with red pandas, it turns out that happiness is really so simple.

The room is very big, with a big bed and a child's bed, and a living room. The facilities are a little old, but it doesn't affect the overall situation. I like it very much.
