酒店離地鐵口走路2分鐘很方便，房間非常乾淨整潔，床墊柔軟舒適，房間熱水來得也快，設施設備都很齊全，早餐重慶小麪和現包的包子是特色，一進門服務員就熱情的介紹，味道不錯，工作人員員服務挺好的也很用心

住過西安、鄭州的星程，非常認可，在重慶的最後一晚選擇星程，結果家人們都大失所望，以後不會選擇這。第一、硬件設施非常差，完全沒有隔音，樓上用水的聲音很大，我住的515房間，水道應該就在靠衞生間的左邊床頭，錄的視頻裏可以聽到，嚴重影響睡眠，從晚上10點到凌晨1點多一直存在，聯繫酒店解決，酒店敷衍説讓樓上不用水，都是客户，怎麼可能。凌晨兩點多被過道的住客小朋友大人嚷嚷吵醒，聲音非常大，也基本説明房間沒有隔音，一晚基本沒睡。第二、在外面逛一天下午四點多入住，卻告知房間沒被套，洗被套的還沒送過來，太奇葩了，五點多出去吃飯，在這過程中酒店擅自進房間裝被套，是不是應該通知一下呢。第三、房間設施破敗不堪且臟兮兮的，請看圖，第四、房間提供的一次性拖鞋濕漉漉的，但又是新的，不知怎麼做的衞生；第五、酒店就是單位的幾層樓，不太好找。有一説一，服務員的態度是很好，但上面這些與酒店價格嚴重不匹配。

酒店整體是非常可以的，前台服務非常熱情，一説一個笑，給人非常暖心，非常親切的感覺。而且還有非常大的一個停車場，車位很充足，值得點贊。其次就是早餐非常好吃，餐廳的大叔非常熱情，早上走到餐廳第一聲就是師傅的問候，非常給力，讓人神清氣爽的，早餐的味道也是非常棒的，推薦
