The hotel is very clean and the service is very enthusiastic. We originally booked a room without breakfast. When the front desk saw that we were with our children, they gave us breakfast coupons for free. Although I know that the breakfast in Vienna is average and cannot be compared with that of a five-star hotel due to work reasons, we did not eat there, but I deserve a thumbs up for this thoughtful service attitude.
