抱着試試的心態住了這個民宿，比想象中的好，露台上還有個年代感極強的書櫃，放了幾本有意思的書，下次出差還會去住

位置挺好，去重交或者重理都挺近；價格很便宜，相比於同層次的酒店來説，30平米很不錯的；環境的話，整體是比較乾淨的，某些邊邊角角還是有灰塵泥垢，枕頭被子屬於有很小的味道，可以忽略不計，這點很好；設施方面，熱水器裏面的水比較少，剛好夠洗一次澡。暖風不太暖和，洗澡有點兒冷。

目前居住感受最滿意的一家民宿，環境佈置舒適，房間面積很大，還有一個小陽台，床也很軟，對我這種腰疼人士是極大的福音！不過周圍離商圈和公交站會有一點距離，需要步行5分鐘，然後提供的廁所毛巾也衹有一條，下次可以給兩條麼？

這家民宿真的是非常好，就在小區裏，不僅安全，還非常的清凈，沒有任何吵雜聲，晚上休息的很好，房間跟圖片一樣一樣的，特別大，寬敞明亮，乾淨整潔，主要是房間還帶大陽台，可以坐着喝茶聊天，吹吹風很舒服，名宿老闆姐姐人很熱情，很有親和力，總之，這次帶着父母來住了兩晚，兩位長者住的很滿意，還説下次來還要住這家，強烈推薦！

優點是環境很好，周邊的吃的也挺多的，然後是密碼鎖，不用帶房卡，還可以自己投屏看電影！缺點是：不是很隔音，然後晚上還會有點小蚊子
