This hotel is situated in a Good location and staff are attentive and helpful.  Except the safe box is not working and they can’t do much about it as it is under d landlord’s responsibility.  Highly recommended. By d way, it is under the same building with d same entrance as Mecure hotel.

Spacious room generally clean with all amenities provided. Location of the hotel was superb as it’s at the center of where all the famous must see places are (generally all walkable with 20mins) However the room was advertised as river view which was you could see it but there are definitely buildings blocking the view. Secondly housekeeping wasn’t the cleanest, I found they sometimes just refold used towels instead of replacing them.

Exceptional hotel in remarkable location with private valley walk across the river. Beautifully designed and appointed rooms, stunning landscaping, amazing yet healthy breakfast with quality sourced vegetables and produce. Very attractive location on river. Nice public rooms / sitting area for calming tea on arrival . Or energising coffee … Attentive highly professional staff. Quiet and tranquil. A special place (yet it is expensive) but it is worth it for a very special stay. A place you can truly relax for a day or so.

The hotel is situated on a busy street within walking distance of Hoyadong and Jiefangbei, where you'll find plenty of food options. The 嬢嬢 and the receptionists were very friendly and helpful. Even after I returned to Malaysia, one of them (thanks to No.3 reception) went the extra mile to ensure the package was sent back through the courier since it arrived after we had checked out. The breakfast was delicious—personally, I found it even tastier than what’s available in Jiefangbei.

The hotel is very good, the facility is so complete, we got waters, towel, soap, shampoo, even conditioner and better IT HAS WARM WATER!! The location is also very strategic because it is near times square, malls, and many more. The customer service is also very top notch. I recommend this hotel if you guys want to have a good time in Chongqing

This hotel truly exceeded my expectations. The amenities were top-notch and added an extra touch of luxury to my experience. I was particularly impressed with the level of detail and room size of the deluxe suite. Highly recommend this hotel to tourists who are looking for a place with good accessibility, luxurious and comfortable experience. In addition, the frontline staffs - 玲玲，阳阳，七七were incredibly friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay.

The hotel’s location is very convenient. The hotel has a laundry room with dryers which is really really convenient for travelers! Great room, everything looks new and clean.

The location is fantastic. It is within walking distance to most of the attractions we wanted to visit such as Hongyadong, Raffles City, Shibati. Bayi Food Street is 2 min away, so we walked over daily for food and gifts shopping. We had daily breakfast at a noodle stall just across the street. There are also plenty of eateries if you walk into the alley. All the staff I interacted with are very helpful and were able to provide helpful suggestions. Do note that the place has some wear and tear, but it is seriously valued for money. I would definitely stay there again.

It is better to Lifeng. Parking is free, and there is no limit. There is no time to consider. The hotel is clean and tidy as a whole, and the rooms are also very well cleaned. Some rooms have refrigerators. When you check in on the first day, you can upgrade the room type. It is larger than ordinary. The entrance has a glass entrance, which is quite private. But the air conditioner blows the head, this is really uncomfortable, no matter how to adjust, and the noise on the side of the road is relatively large, there are many big cars here, and the sound insulation effect of the windows is average. Everything else is very good, the service is great! Next time I have the opportunity to come on a business trip and live here.
