我是網上訂的鐘點房然後在前台改的全天房，下午入住，第二天早上出去吃個早餐回房間，才十點服務員就沒經允許私自進入把我所住房間全清理了，我一根項鍊都不見了，我找前台詢問她也説不清楚，因為年底忙我也沒時間，酒店前台就這樣沒給我任何説法，我要投訴

挺好的，給免費升級了房間，停車方便 房間基本設施都有 ，2瓶礦泉水免費 有一次性拖鞋 有快捷酒店的標準， 衞生也不錯 乾淨 服務也行 打電話東西都送到房間，總體來説性比價高。
