The front desk said they would upgrade me to a king-size bed room. I originally booked a king-size bed room, so upgrading to a king-size bed was useless. I was the only one. The hotel is fairly easy to find, but the rooms are generally hygienic, even if there aren't too many people staying there. The front desk staff didn't look very professional, and the breakfast buffet was even worse. The plates were empty and a lot of food was missing. I asked the kitchen aunt if she could put some food on the plate, but she said no. It's a very poor hotel experience.
