Services by front-line staff were generally so-so. Very disappointingly, the hotel disabled our room key before the designated checkout time (which made us unable to go back into the room as we were out in the morning). Hotel staff tried to explain this away by saying that it was the fault of the system but this was clearly unacceptable.
