My husband and I were together for the winter holiday. We very much enjoyed our stay at this hotel. We can’t say enough the host or hospitable the premises were nicely appointed. It was located close to a beautiful botanical gardens as well as a beautiful college campus as well as stores and restaurants. We would highly recommend anyone who would stay in the area to stay at this place. Be aware that it is not a hot breakfast.

The room was very quiet, the airport and the hotel's previous connection service was too convenient, the 9th door called the hotel, basically 5 minutes to the car! The service was warm, especially the doorman and the front desk who greeted us when we first arrived at the hotel. The guy was enthusiastic and took the initiative to help carry the luggage. Before we checked in, the luggage had been moved to the room. The hotel has a dedicated parking lot, which requires valet parking and costs NZD 30 per day. The room is large and spacious. Although the facilities are a bit old, it is still convenient and comfortable to use. The location of the hotel is also very good, a 2-minute walk from the tram departure station, which is very convenient for shopping and major attractions.

The hotel is nice, the waiters are friendly, the rooms are big, and the balcony is nice. There is a bar below the hotel, and there are occasional performances during dinner time, which is very atmospheric, but it is very quiet after 9pm during the break.
