Easy to find. Staff was responsive. Property condition itself is clean but interior infrastructure was so so. Water drainage was poor and overflowed during shower. Noise from repair works and other customers in and out throughout the day clearly heard, although at acceptable level

Beds very comfortable & back (1 bedroom) unit 8 was quiet. Bus stop into/from city just a short walk away - route 44. However, our unit had no salt/pepper or wine glasses. TV worked but was a challenge to get to turn on to a particular channel- very old sky remote! Overall we found it good value for money and would be happy to recommend it to budget conscious travellers.

Staff were nice and friendly! Room was clean and I really enjoyed comfy bed! There is everything you need - fridge, mugs, plates etc.. Good location- about 18 mins walk to the Hagley Park. I would just add some chairs and tables for the back patio area so you could enjoy the fresh air! )

Great central location. Clean and tidy facilities with all that we needed for our stay. Beds and pillows were rather hard and not to our liking also only one pillow each but other than that was a nice place to stay. Quiet and easy to access with plenty of room.

Our unit was under maintenance so we were upgraded to a lovely 3 bed house close by. The house was huge, flashy and well appointed for a family of 4. Fantasically clean, lovely staff. Would stay again! Could do with more coffee, sugar and milk as there wasnt enough.

Although the room was tidy and clean there was a TV that only had Netflix which only worked after being worked on for a couple of hours. Not even freeview so couldn't watch any of the free to air channels. This is first world problems I know. Beds were comfortable and the shower was great

Nice place to stay with family. Amy the manager was super cool and helpful. The 2 bedroom unit was good except the rangehood are dated but enough to do the job. I would highly recommend anyone wants to book at Abbey’s with Amy. Parking is good, close to city centre, supermarkets, antarctic centre and other city attractions
