"The hotel is run by a Chinese owner. The house is clean and tidy, and the facilities are very complete, including induction cooker, microwave, refrigerator, and tableware. Disposable toothbrushes and slippers are especially suitable for Chinese people. There is a Vietnamese restaurant at the reception. The coffee and baguette for breakfast are delicious. I haven't tried the rice noodles yet, but they are said to be delicious."
"Our late check in The hotel is very intimate to put a name on the door of the house and send an email at a glance
The hotel is very clean and the facilities are perfect. The parking space at the door is also very good. If you go next time, you will be fixed."
"I loved this motel the room was upto standard and me and my wife loved this motel and it was a very pleasant experience and service was great and great location very close to town and a bus stop outside the motel and the room had a heat pump and tv but the down side was the room did not have a telephone
I would like to ask the team at the motel to install phones as it would be good for guests to have access to a phone
I give this motel 5 amazing stars and highly recommend people stay at this motel"

"The hotel is close to the airport and is on the main road to Tekapo. The owner is Chinese. My plane is in the middle of the night. It is almost two o'clock to arrive at the hotel. The boss has opened the heating in the room and it is very warm in the room. Because of the late arrival, I contacted the password of the room key box in advance, but I didn’t think that the New Zealand hotel used a very old password box. After a long time, I didn’t open it. The boss heard the movement and helped open it. Hotel facilities are ok."
"The owner here is Chinese and very easy to talk to. We have stayed here several times. The environment and facilities are good and it is very convenient to travel."

"Nice car 🚙 hotel. There are all big and small beds in the room, and our family of 12 people live in and get what they need, comfortable and clean. The old couple take care of the hotel's daily life, warm and thoughtful."
"Nice big clean room with all the amenities you need for the bathroom and the kitchen. Great flat screen with Netflix etc...and a sitting area and dining table which was excellent! Close to the City centre, bus stop just outside the gate and Lime scooters everywhere which was convenient. But what stood out the most was the warmth and friendliness of the amazing staff which made my stay memorable and enjoyable."
"What a lovely stay this was. Close and convenient to where we needed to be the next morning. Greeted by a vary gracious host who walked us to our room (never has this happened before at similar places we stayed at). Apartment was just what we needed for a family of 4 & so neat and tidy. Will definitely stay again. "
"The breakfast was nothing. The room I booked was okay. The equipment was OK but a bit old. The environment was convenient. The front desk staff were nothing overly welcoming but ok."

Amazing
LLLZLClean and comfortable rooms within very close proximity to the airport. We arrived late and it was the perfect choice given that we have a young infant who needs to rest early.
DDragan S**Comfortable Stay with Great Service**
I had a pleasant stay at **Rosewood Court Motel**. The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with all the essentials, including a comfortable bed and a small kitchenette. The Wi-Fi was reliable, and the parking was convenient.
The staff was friendly and accommodating, always ready to help with any requests. The location was also great—close to shops, restaurants, and easy access to the city.
Overall, it’s a good choice for a comfortable and hassle-free stay. I would definitely consider staying here again.
GGuest UserThe room is small but nicely furnished. Would be a lot more functional if the room can include at least a small desk so business travel can do a little work or a traveller can do hotel bookins and trip planning using a lap top.
A big draw back is a vey limited no of parking space available. I advised anyone with parking needs make sure they can reserve a spot in advance.
Ssherlin74loved staying here even for just 1 night. very near to sights in the city, staff was pleasant and room ammenities were great we asked for slippers and toothbrushes which are available all you need do is call and they bring it right up. parking is also available just beside the hotel but with a FEE per day😞 other than that we had a lovely stay🙂
GGuest UserThis was by far the best hotel I stayed at in New Zealand. Compared to other Hilton properties, the bed here was noticeably larger and more comfortable. I stayed in a twin room, and each bed was around 1.2 to 1.5 meters wide, whereas other hotels only offered very narrow single beds (about 0.9 meters).
There was also plenty of space between the beds, which made the room feel much more comfortable. The room was very clean, well-equipped, and the front desk staff were friendly and helpful.
The location was also decent, making it a very convenient and pleasant place to stay overall.
I would highly recommend this hotel — especially if you’re looking for a comfortable and restful experience.
TTomFraenkNice stay in Christchurch. Two nights in the motel with a very friendly and helpful staff. Big advance - the shuttle service from/to the airport with just a few minutes drive. Very good service and availability by call. Room with a big space, very clean. The furniture wasn‘t new, but well maintained and quite clean. It needs around 30 minutes with the bus to the city Center. No convenient stores or shopes close by.
SSukyWe stayed at the hotel for 4 nights just recently, first arrived at the hotel, the reception was polite enough but not as helpful as any front desk staff coud be. The room was clean and comfy, location was fantastic, environment was superb (quite, few hote guests).
But somehow my wife lost her wedding ring from our room. We only noticed by the end of the day, and should have picked up earier.
Mr. Sui Beng Teh, the hotel manager, made it even worse from a travellers point of view. He has the worse attitude to the whole incident, instead of offering his empathy, he pushed responsibility back to the hotel guests who lost the wedding ring in his room at his hotel. His passive aggression is throughout all the poor google review!
He reacted bluntly when questioned about CCTV other than the door access record he could provide immediately, being agreesive at his answer and attitude towards to someone who turned over the room to just look for the missing ring. He was not friendly, empathatic nor welcoming despit he is in hospitality industry.
Im not blaming at anyone here or making any accusation on anyone but he as the hotel manager was the only one we could seek help for in a foreign country, and he expected us undedstanding how police and system worked here. To us, he made us sound like ****** and being forgetful on our own properties.
HHelloI have given 5 stars to this motel for the service, cleanliness and amenities because each aspect of these beat my expectations! I am usually very conservative in giving reviews.
Initially I was expecting very basic service given it is a motel. But when I opened the door of the room I was quite surprised. You could feel the room is very clean and bright. The amenities are sufficient to make a simple meal for yourself. There is also daily housekeeping services as well (given it is a motel).
The staff at the reception are also very helpful. When I first arrived, the reception lady asked me where I planned to go and showed me the ways.
The motel is also close (5-10 minutes walk) to the Main Street at Riccarton and there are a lot of restaurants there. You can also take bus to the city centre which takes about 30 minutes including waiting.
The motel is also very close to the Christchurch railway station which is only 10 minutes walk, great if you are taking the scenic trains. There are also a number of shops near the Railway station and you can do some shopping for clothes, vitamins and fresh food too!
JJon HaseoWe really enjoyed the stay in this hotel as it has everything we need - microwave, plates, utensils, and toilet is spacious. The receiption even gave us welcome brownies! It’s so nice of them. One thing is - it would be great if there’s a plug under the work desk. There’s no plug around there, so I need to move around for charging. Maybe can resolve by plug extension, it’s not a biggy! It’s walking distance to pak n save, we did that! And next to botanic garden :)
CcallmebycharGreat cozy room. Spacious ensuite. Love the body length mirrors. Just wish I had a window I could open rather than a sliding door that looks out to the street! and the Cleaners should come a little later in the day for those who like a sleep in.
