Very disappointed with the way this has been run down. Rooms are as expected thankfully because everything else is awful. Arrived 15 mins early and made to sit like naughty school children in reception as we refused to pay £10.00 to be signed in . Another family turned up with 2 young boys,one desperate for the toilet .No toilet in reception area or in adjoining restaurant which was closed. Very sad to see the lad so distressed ,and no compassion from receptionist. When booking on the website there is no mention that the Restaurant next door only takes bookings for the evening meal ,and is closed after breakfast (which we avoided) reopening at 5pm until 10pm.Pub is very run down with non accessible tables blocked by a stained suitcase rack .it is not open to non residents for some reason?Shelves behind the bar empty,and skeleton staff not enthusiastic to serve you. There is obviously a hidden agenda for this Premier inn ,which i shall watch with interest. I advise you to avoid at all costs,which sadly appears to be what they want.

Breakfast took over an hour due to staff shortages! Poor waitress was running around with no extra help. Not very happy as we had already pre-paid for breakfast. Could have gone elsewhere! Restaurant wasn't open previous day either ( at 3pm)

Excellent location, quiet, comfortable and safe. Have used it before so always good. Breakfast is lovely, reasonably priced and very good choices. The dining area is very pleasant and quiet. Coffee is very nice and to my liking. Staff were very attentive and happy vibes. Will certainly stay again.

We were greeted by friendly staff and had a comfortable room on the first floor. This hotel has both stairs and an elevator. We had a great nights sleep. This hotel was in a convenient location and had free parking. The Wi-Fi was a little slow, however.

We had alit of noise from the laundry below. When complained to reception they appeared to know straight away what it was because of telling her our room number. The washing machines also vibrated in the room rattling the gkasses. Noise from room above until 0130hrs. Room was not ready at 17300 when checked in and had to wait nearly an hour because a staff member did not start shift.
