Grills do not work Breakfast is only 6:30 am until 8am no exceptions House keeping not provided although requested You have to ask for normal common things to be done or to be completed that you shouldn’t have to ask for like soap or towels . Forced to move rooms

Loved our stay. Clean rooms and friendly staff. Kudos to Michelle at the front desk and Mark from housekeeping. My only complaint will be the smell of the hotel hallways specially on the first floor smells like garbage/wet carpet. Other than that great hotel

Irvan at the front desk had exceptional customer service skills and was very helpful when booking my room. I also enjoyed the studios because they were spacious, two TVs and I enjoyed having a full kitchen. Also there was free breakfast and free parking which is really great.

Amazing and beautiful hotel! Lots of food spots close by. Loved how parking was included and there was lots of parking spots available. The staff was really friendly and welcoming. I’ll definitely be coming back to stay!

It was a great stay at the Homewood. I had no complaints. Hskp was great and the customer service from the front desk team was amazing! Everyone was so helpful. I can’t wait to go back when I’m in Chula Vista!

I was upgraded because I am a diamond member, and the rooms were so clean! I really appreciate the front desk staff because they were so professional and gave me 5-star customer service! I highly recommend and will be coming here again.

I really enjoyed my time here at the Homewood Suites. I was welcomed as soon as I reached the front desk and received my compliment snack and beverage. The rooms and lobby smelled so clean and fresh as well.

Room was not clean on arrival and maid service highly inadequate. Treadmills in fitness center: Belts so loose they are boarding on a trip hazard. The one breakfast I attended was horrible. This is my second visit to this location and not representative of the quality and cleanliness I experienced in the past. Slipping!

The hotel staff was very attentive to whatever I needed. The evening social and breakfast were superb. I would stay here again. The pool and gym were fantastic. The room and view were really great as well.
